外国語科目　授業改善のためのアンケート実施のお知らせ

　FD委員会は、以下のとおり「2010年度外国語科目の学生による授業改善のためのアンケート」を実施いたします。※

【アンケートの目的】

これは、受講者の皆さんから、授業の理解度や担当教員による授業の運営方法や教授方法に関するご意見や意識を把握することによって、授業を改善することを目的としています。上智大学の教育の質を向上させていくための重要な取り組みの一環として行われます。

本学の授業改善のために、是非皆さんのご協力をお願いいたします。

　外国語科目（2010年度通年および秋学期開講科目）

【アンケート実施期間】

　2011年1月7日（金）〜2月3日（木）

【回答の取扱い】

　担当教員にアンケート回答者が特定されることはありません。また、アンケートの回答内容が成績評価に影響することはありません。

Student questionnaire for class improvements of 2010 Language Courses

The FD Committee will carry out the “Student questionnaire for class improvements” regarding the
language courses of the current academic year.

【Purpose of inquiry】

This questionnaire is intended to help the instructors improve the classes of language courses by learning how far the students have attained their goals and how they feel about the way the instructors teach and manage the classes. It is meant to be one of the university’s essential activities for improving the quality of our education.

We need your support to make the classes better.

【Courses to be covered】

All language courses including those offered year-long and those offered during the Autumn Semester.

【Inquiry Period】

Friday, January 7 to Thursday, February 3, 2011 * accessible 24 hours a day

This is an anonymous questionnaire. You will not be identified by the course instructor and so your
replies will not affect your grade.
