概要
The Compulsory Course Committee has been running workshops for all professors teaching compulsory courses in the English Department.
The idea is to have dialogue about pedagogical issues, and to involve all who teach compulsory courses, with the opportunity to meet (online) and discuss anything related to those courses.
There have been 5 workshops in 25/26:

The format of the workshops is that a professor will introduce a teaching idea (see above) and, after using the Zoom Breakout function, participants are put into groups to discuss that teaching idea and wider issues associated with the teaching of compulsory courses.
The workshops are recorded, and the video and any materials related to that theme are shared on the department Moodle page.
